Your hair needs enough length for the wax to properly grip it.

If you've recently shaved and aren't sure whether you're ready, call us before your appointment. We'd rather answer the question than have you make an unnecessary trip.

And please don't shave because you're embarrassed about being hairy.

We need the hair.

What Is the Difference Between a Bikini Wax and Brazilian Wax?

This is one of the most common waxing questions we get.

A bikini wax generally cleans up unwanted hair around the traditional bikini line.

A Brazilian wax removes significantly more hair from the intimate area, depending on the service and your personal preference.

It cannot guarantee you'll never experience another ingrown hair, but a consistent waxing routine combined with appropriate exfoliation and home care may help some clients better manage shaving-related irritation.

We'll also help you understand how to care for your skin between appointments.

Because performing amateur bathroom surgery on an ingrown hair with tweezers at midnight is probably not the skincare routine we're going for.
