By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, package, membership, gift card or product, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies below.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

We reserve treatment rooms and provider time specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.

​

Cancellations or appointment changes received with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100%.

When an appointment is booked with a package, membership credit, promotional certificate or gift card, the applicable session, credit or value may be forfeited.

If a client has a gift-card balance, package session, membership session or credit, promotional certificate or other prepaid value on file, Twisted Shamrock may deduct the applicable session, credit or dollar value and apply it as payment toward a late-cancellation or no-show charge. Any remaining balance may be charged to the payment card on file. The total amount collected will not exceed the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.

By providing a payment card and accepting this policy, you authorize Twisted Shamrock to charge applicable late-cancellation or no-show fees. Unpaid balances must be paid before booking another appointment.

Emergencies may be reviewed individually by management. Any exception is a courtesy and does not waive this policy.

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals may receive a shortened service ending at the original appointment time and remain responsible for the full price. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require modification or rescheduling. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late without contacting the spa may be treated as a no-call/no-show.

If Twisted Shamrock cancels your appointment, you will not be charged and any package or membership credit will be restored.

SERVICES, PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS

All completed services are final and nonrefundable. Individual results vary, and Twisted Shamrock Studios & Spa cannot guarantee a specific therapeutic, cosmetic or wellness outcome.

Prepaid services, packages and service series are final sale, have no cash value and are subject to provider and appointment availability. The unavailability of a preferred provider, date or appointment time does not make a purchase refundable when qualified providers and reasonable scheduling options remain available.

We understand that schedules and circumstances can change. With advance approval from spa management, a client may arrange to have eligible, fully paid and unused sessions converted into individual service gift certificates or service-specific gift cards. The client may retain these certificates for future use or give them to friends or family members at the client’s discretion.

​

Converted certificates represent the original service or session duration purchased, not a cash balance. They retain the original package’s service eligibility, restrictions and redemption terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. They cannot be redeemed for cash, resold or applied toward gratuities, retail products, memberships, packages or other gift cards.

​

Once a session is transferred or issued as a gift certificate, it will be removed from the original client’s account. The recipient must satisfy all age, intake, health, consent and service-eligibility requirements. All appointments booked with transferred certificates remain subject to provider availability and Twisted Shamrock’s cancellation, late-arrival and no-show policies.

​

Only fully paid, unused and otherwise eligible sessions may be transferred or converted. Sessions that have already been redeemed, forfeited for a late cancellation or no-show, received as a complimentary promotion or remain unpaid are not eligible. Membership sessions or credits may be transferred or converted only when permitted by the applicable membership agreement and after all required membership payments have been completed.

Package transfers, family sharing, redemption periods and other restrictions remain governed by the terms presented at purchase. Further transfers or changes require management approval.

​

Package sessions, membership credits and other prepaid value may be forfeited or deducted as payment for late-cancellation or no-show charges in accordance with the spa’s cancellation policy.

​

Memberships are governed by the membership agreement accepted at enrollment. Processed payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law. Canceling an appointment does not cancel, freeze or terminate a membership.

​

Nothing in these policies limits any non-waivable right provided by applicable Pennsylvania or federal law, including the Pennsylvania Health Club Act when applicable.

GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONAL CERTIFICATES

Purchased gift cards do not expire and have no dormancy fees. They are final sale, nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

​

Gift cards may be used toward eligible, regularly priced spa services only. They cannot be used for gratuities, memberships, packages, other gift cards or retail products, including skincare products, and cannot be combined with discounts unless expressly permitted.

​

Lost or stolen cards may be replaced only when proof of purchase and the remaining balance can be verified.

Complimentary promotional certificates may have clearly disclosed expiration dates, restrictions and no cash value.

RETAIL PRODUCTS

Contact us within 14 days regarding a suspected product reaction and within 48 hours for an incorrect, damaged or defective product. Proof of purchase and the product must be provided.

​

For health and sanitation reasons, opened products cannot be returned because of scent, texture, preference or change of mind. Unopened products may be considered for exchange or store credit within 14 days at management’s discretion.
