A blended therapeutic session of assisted Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Post-Isometric Relaxation (PIR) and other stretch techniques to customize each session to our client's needs. Each session includes a short consultation, hands-on assisted stretch session, massage gun / vibration therapy, Graston Technique work and complimentary ROCKTAPE™, CBD CLINIC™ or CryoDerm application. *Discount packages offered.
