What to expect ...

Twisted Shamrock Studios & Spa prides ourselves on a "Down to Earth" ... relaxed ... fun & nostalgic experience! When you meet us and see the spa for the first time ... you will clearly understand why we are like no other spa out there!

* Please ensure all forms emailed or texted to you by the staff are completed prior to your arrival.

* Arrive a few minutes early to leave yourself time to use the restroom and grab some water prior to your service.

* If this is your first visit and you would like to see the entire facility ... please let us know! We are happy to give you the grand tour & take you on a fun journey through years past!

*All of our spa / fitness services - rooms are designed for your comfort. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need something. We want you to enjoy your time here with us ... we will talk to you about your expectations and goals for the service ... adjust the room as you need ... ask you what music you would like to hear ... (We get asked for classic feel-good hits a lot!) and then start your service!

*After your service ... we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have ... and set up your next appointment!

*And of course ... most importantly ... on your second and following visits to our spa you are now a part of our "TWISTED" family ... make sure when you come in relax & make yourself at home! 

CANCELLATION / Reschedule / No Show POLICY

At Twisted Shamrock Studios & Spa, we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 24 hours notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if 24-hour notification is not given, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service for the missed appointment.

In the case of a cancellation 24 hours or more prior to scheduled pre-paid services / treatments the client will be rescheduled to another date with no penalty. If a cancellation or no call no show occurs with less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pre-paid service / treatment the appointment will be considered a used service / treatment and will NOT be refunded.In the case of a cancellation 24 hours or more prior to scheduled pre-paid services / treatments the client will be rescheduled to another date within the same month of the originally scheduled service with no penalty. If a cancellation or no call no show occurs with less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pre-paid service / treatment the appointment will be considered a used service / treatment and will NOT be refunded.

Return / refund / exchange policy

Twisted Shamrock Studios & Spa does not offer refunds on spa/fitness services, packages, gift cards or retail items. All sales are final. We will offer an in-spa credit for the value of the purchase of pre-paid spa/fitness services, packages, or retail items within 14 days of purchase or an even exchange of the product if the product is still carried at the location. Absolutely, no refunds or exchange credits on spa/fitness services, packages or monthly subscriptions/memberships already completed, gift cards purchased at the spa or online.
