I have no shortage of wonderful things to say about the lovely ladies at Twisted Shamrock!! Where do I even begin? Dara offers butt kicking personal training that is tailored completely to your wants and needs but she also pushes you to be your best. And afterwards she can even do a stretch session to loosen up your sore muscles! Kristin is clearly a magician because her hands work out all sorts of kinks you might have, including sinus work (which has been a GAME CHANGER for me!!) These girls have created a home away from home that I look forward to visiting as often as I can!

"I don't know where to begin... the atmosphere is so relaxing and upbeat at the same time. The salt room allowed me to breathe much easier. The staff was super friendly. They literally hold your hand through every process to explain what they are doing. The prices are beyond reasonable. If you explain your ailments, they try to solve or give advice.
